EQM has added two more stellar people to our team this summer!

Stephen Washburn is a chemical engineer that has worked in environmental consulting and engineering for more than 25 years, much of which was in the Cincinnati area. He has experience in all phases of environmental engineering, with particular emphasis on air quality permitting and compliance management. In the past, he has managed environmental projects of all sizes, with budgets from $2,000 to over $700,000. Stephen also possess a familiarity with environmental regulations from federal and several state/local agencies.

Todd Trometer is an environmental professional with extensive business development, capture management, proposal development, operational management and technical experience in the federal and commercial remediation markets. He has over 18 years of business development experience for DoD, DoE, DHS, EPA and commercial clients; over 15 years experience as a Program Manager; and 11 years as a Sector Leader. In the past he has worked as a project manager – mentoring staff, managing profit and loss, performing earned value analysis, and providing QA/QC. His technical expertise includes geologic/hydrogeologic studies and investigation, geotechnical studies and projects, MMRP investigations/removal actions, Phase I and II environmental site assessments, preliminary assessments, site inspections/investigations, remedial investigations, risk assessments, feasibility studies, engineering evaluations/cost analysis, remedial designs, remedial actions and site closures for CERCLA and RCRA sites.

We’re excited to welcome both Stephan and Todd to our team and look forward using their skills and talents to continue delivering high-quality services to our clients.
