Remediation and Re-Utilization Services
EQ’s remediation and re-utilization group have successfully completed over 500 site assessments and remediation projects nationwide involving soil and groundwater contamination from active as well as former industrial sites. EQ has supported governmental, industrial and commercial clients. EQ has served as prime contractor on 18 remediation contracts valued at $870 million, including 450 task orders at sites around the world. These include remedial action contracts for the US Air Force, USEPA Emergency Response, the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and U.S. Forest Service. EQ has been actively involved in the cleanup for development of many sites including the former Ft. Sheridan Army Installation, Rickenbacker Air National Guard Base, and numerous sites throughout the US.
Broad Range of Services and Experience
EQ's professional team of remediation, site assessment, brownfield, Volantary Action Program Certified Professionals (CP), and field personnel have provided assessment, design, engineering, and remediation project expertise to government and industry since our inception. Working concert with clients, attorneys and other entities, EQ brings proven capabilities to execute and manage environmental, ecological and remediation contracts. This experience includes decommissioning and decontamination, dredging contaminated sediment, POL remediation, IRP site remediation, and asbestos and lead-based paint abatement.
